Introduction:

SHARP’S Automatic ROPP/SCREW cap sealing machine is a compact versatile, self-supported on stainless steel legs with height adjustable adjustment system. The machine is precision on built on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclose in S.S. sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine.

Operation:

The filled containers moving on conveyor belt are fed into an in feed star wheel (for multi head via an in-feed screw worm) bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing port mean time the bottle pick up a cap from the delivery chute of cap feeding bowl, Where the body and the neck of the container are positioned. The capping heads rotate along with the main turret and perform the capping operation. The sealed containers are than fed in to exit conveyor.
The sealing is done in a programmed roll-on manner. Accurate positioned of the cap is done mechanically by means of a rotating un-scrambler, to direct the caps correctly into the chute. When the chute is filled up the rotating un-scrambler drive is disengaged. Hence, no damage is done to the caps. Changing of the cap size is very easy, enabling even unskilled personnel to execute the job. The rotating un- Scrambler mounted on top of the closing turret ensures that height adjustment for the containers is accurate.

Operation:

Operation:

The filled containers moving on conveyor belt are fed into an in-feed star wheel (for multi head via an in-feed screw worm) bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing port mean time the bottle pick up a cap from the delivery chute of cap feeding bowl, Where the body and the neck of the container are positioned. The capping heads rotate along with the main turret and perform the capping operation. The sealed containers are than fed in to exit conveyor.
The sealing is done in a programmed roll-on manner. Accurate positioned of the cap is done mechanically by means of a rotating un-scrambler, to direct the caps correctly into the chute. When the chute is filled up the rotating un-scrambler drive is disengaged. Hence, no damage is done to the caps. Changing of the cap size is very easy, enabling even unskilled personnel to execute the job. The rotating un- Scrambler mounted on top of the closing turret ensures that height adjustment for the containers is accurate.
